We came back from Koh Chang today. Everything was organised perfectly, and well in advance — we booked our tickets back in August. They reserved a good hotel at a reasonable price, arranged a private transfer both ways, and booked a hotel near Bangkok airport for our last night. Everything was absolutely precise, honest and high quality — you couldn’t plan it any better. Of course we couldn’t skip the elephant bathing again (our 5th time on Koh Chang). The full-day car tour around the island was a highlight — even places we already knew came alive with new information, and we discovered a couple of brand-new spots. This company is a model of reliability and precision, and you can trust it completely. If we’re lucky we’ll come back to them next trip.

I came to this company for help booking hotels and transfers, holidaying on Koh Chang and Koh Kood. They helped me book the hotels I’d chosen through Agoda — I sent the money and they paid the hotels in baht, which was very convenient. I ordered three transfers: Pattaya–Koh Chang, Koh Chang–Koh Kood and Koh Kood–Pattaya. All of them went without a hitch. I also took two tours — jungle trekking and a five-islands trip. We’re holidaying on Koh Chang as a family — two adults and children aged 16 and 7. We took the “swimming with elephants” tour. Everything went brilliantly, thank you so much! We washed the elephants and got a good soaking ourselves in the process.
