Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours a 20% fee applies — by then your driver has set the day aside for you and turned down other trips. In all honesty this runs on trust: nothing is prepaid, so the fee is a matter of good faith, not something we chase. If a driver has held the day for you, we simply ask that you do right by them. A no-show — no one at the pickup and no word from you — is charged 100% of the fare.
