The route
The Bangkok to Koh Samet transfer is a private door-to-pier drive from the airport or city to Ban Phe — the mainland pier where ferries and speedboats depart for the island. Your driver takes you straight to the pier; the onward boat to Koh Samet is bought separately at Ban Phe and is not included in the transfer price. A private car removes the guesswork of reaching the pier on time, and from there the regular ferries and speedboats run frequently across to one of the closest island escapes to Bangkok.

No. The transfer covers the private drive to Ban Phe pier only. The ferry or speedboat across to Koh Samet is bought separately at the pier — they run frequently through the day and the crossing takes around 30–40 minutes.
Where exactly does the driver drop me?
At Ban Phe pier, the main departure point for Koh Samet boats. From there you buy your ferry or speedboat ticket and cross to the island.
Do I pay in advance?
