Island speedboat questions

Which islands does this cover?
Speedboat crossings between Koh Chang, Koh Wai, Koh Mak and Koh Kood, in both directions. It’s one booking desk for every hop — pick your crossing and we handle the ticket.
Is the price per person?
Yes — every fare is per person, each way. A return costs the same per leg. Children under 6 and under 120 cm travel at half fare.
Where does the speedboat pick me up?
From your hotel beach where the shore allows it. If your beach is rocky or too far out, a free shuttle takes you to the nearest pier. Tell us your hotel and we confirm the pickup point.
When does the island speedboat service operate?
The speedboats run seasonally, from 15 October 2026 to 15 April 2027. During the low-season months the sea is too rough and the crossings pause, so pick a travel date within that window.
When do the boats depart?
Within the season they run on a daily schedule — mostly twice a day. Tell us your travel date and we confirm the exact departure time when we reply.
Do I pay in advance?
No — tickets are paid in cash (baht) at the pier on the day. A few operators are prepaid-only; if yours is, we’ll tell you when we confirm. Reserving just holds your seats.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. Later than that, shared speedboats are charged in full, because the seats are committed and can’t be resold in time. Delays or emergencies beyond your control are handled fairly — just message us as early as you can.
Can you combine several islands in one trip?
Yes. Book each leg separately here (for example Koh Chang → Koh Mak, then Koh Mak → Koh Kood) and we line up the connections. Message us on WhatsApp if you’d like help planning the route.
